On Tuesday, November 14, the online platform Picmiller and FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, officially signed a Global Partnership Agreement in Paris.
The preparation of the partnership has been ongoing for the past 18 months prior to formalizing of the arrangement at the meeting between Picmiller’s Executive Director Mr. Andrew Morris and Mr. Narek Arakelyan, Secretary General of FIABCI Global. The agreement signed in Paris provides for preferential terms and conditions for all users of the Platform who are FIABCI members. Both Mr. Morris and Mr. Arakelyan believe this is the development path to be pursued by the two organizations and they expect even more extensive collaboration in the future.
The year and a half of joint efforts brought substantial growth of effected property transactions facilitated by the services of the Finnish company.
”FIABCI members use the services of Picmiller to save time, cut costs, and boost revenues. At the same time the standard of the pictures of real estates provided by FIABCI members in each country is improved. The objective of the service is to attract customers by displaying an image of the property as vivid and detailed as customers would see through their own eyes“, says Mr. Andrew Morris.
The launching of the services of Picmiller in Greece is upcoming in December. All members of the global organization will enjoy a discount along with a possibility for free processing of a package of five images.
The development plan of Picmiller for the next three years is already made. Under it, the long-prepared VIP service that would allow frame processing within three hours will be available. In 2018 specialists will make possible high-quality images of floor outlays for buildings and similar pictures. Mr. Morris tells more about his ideas: ”We are working on specifications in the area of virtual reality for the realty sector“.
